Offer Details (Our Best Price Guarantee or $500): Our best price guarantee only applies to manufacturer brands and models that Strada Air Conditioning and Heating sells. Quotes must include all details related to installation, exact equipment including manufacturer and model. All equipment must be new, currently available makes and models. No discontinued or previous years’ equipment will be eligible. Competitor must be a Factory authorized seller for the manufacturer. Payment will be made only to individual homeowners who purchase the exact unit and installation detailed in the quote and when Strada fails to offer a lower cost prior to work commencing. (Strada will not pay until you have bought a unit and provide written proof of purchase.) Guarantee will only be paid once we have received all details in writing including invoice, proof of proper permits, and installation in accordance with the quote. Homeowner must provide payment confirmation. Strada must be given the option to beat the competitor’s best and final written quote. If Strada beats the competitor’s price by any amount, the guarantee will be considered concluded. Guarantee only applies to private homeowners purchasing for their primary residence. No commercial or business purchases qualify. Contractor must adhere to manufacturer recommendations with regard to equipment and installation. Work must be done by a licensed contractor which is pulling all required permits and doing the installation per the most recent building and inspect code.
