I had Jorge G come check a problem with damp clothes in closet and he found the problem also he is very professional and kind in explaining everything.
I needed a brand new part for my new HVAC system and the diagnosis was not realized until 6:30 PM on a Friday night. The bottom line was the part had to be ordered and it wouldn’t be until the earliest would be Monday, hopefully Tuesday the latest and then it could be installed. I was able to speak with Sammy, who was understanding and very helpful. To my surprise Sammy was able to not only get the new, part but sent an employee that was supposed to be off to my house at 8 AM Saturday morning. The new part was installed and Patrick waited until the entire system ran through at least one full cycle to make sure there were no problems whatsoever. I am so grateful for Sammy and Patrick. I called Strada late on a Friday for a AC repair. We were having a party on Saturday at our home but the AC was blowing warm air. Daniel was dispatched for a “ system diagnosis “ arrived on time and was able to find the problem and repair it!. The compressor would not start and they had the parts to get it working again. Thank you for saving my birthday celebration ! I was very happy with their service so we purchased a service contract to keep things going
