My recent experience with Strada Services was amazing. My heat went out during the recent cold spell. I contacted Strada and they sent a technician out that afternoon. The technician spent quite a bit of time determining what was causing the problem. She provided the options for repair and I asked for an estimate on replacement due to the age of my units. Within an hour I was provided with several options. My new units were installed two days later. The installers arrived timely and did an excellent job. Answered all my questions. Overall it was a positive experience.
For such a large company the customer service I received from Strada was impeccable. I don’t pretend to know anything about HVAC systems. Your technician (Chris) knows his craft. Probably the friendliest technician I have met thus far. With Conner and Chris I was up and running in no time. Good bye Goodman/ Hello Lennox. At my age it was the piece of mind I needed.
