This place saves me A TON of money that I was told I have to pay by another company who was clearly scamming me. If it wasn’t for Tola who is absolutely amazing and heard my story and quickly scheduled Jeff to come to my house and tell me there was actuality Nothing wrong with my heater and it’s working perfectly now. Tola took care of my needs, and she cares so deeply for others and doesn’t want people to have to get ripped off- especially around this time of year, she is a life saver. Jeff is an amazing technician who came to my house and worked hard to figure out the lies the other company was telling me. He has been doing heating and air for a long time and he knows what he’s talking about, and I felt comfortable around him and trust his expertise. I wish him and Tola could get raises for how much they care about their customers and how much money they saved me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a 5 Star Stellar and honest company with good workers who will help you with your heating and air needs. I can’t even find the words to express how happy I am that I went with them- they literally saved my butt and bank account! I hope Chase knows just how valuable his employees are! Ask for Adonys – one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Heat was out, he came in and fixed it fast. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Took the time to explain what was going on and was clearly an expert in how the equipment operates. Took the time to test the system several times to be sure that it would continue to operate well.

He was respectful of my home and showed great consideration to my pets entering and exiting the house. He was thorough and seemed very competent in addressing the situation. Victor was the technician, and he was very professional. He arrived on time and installed two fans, and when he was finished, all was clean and in order. L&M’s receptionist, Chrissy, is also very professional. This is such a nice change from some companies. I have used this company before, and would certainly use them again.
