Where Our Standards Originated
Joe Strada has been in the trades since 1983. He started sweeping floors at 14, took his first job at an air conditioning company at 19, and earned state certifications in electric, plumbing, air conditioning, residential building, and general contracting — five trades, mastered over two decades in the field.
By 2003, he’d seen enough — too many contractors who didn’t show up, didn’t explain pricing, didn’t take pride in the work. So he co-founded Strada Services with a simple promise: do right by the customer, every time, in every trade.
Today, Joe still answers texts from customers personally, and his sons Michael and Anthony work alongside him to carry the standard forward.
For over 40 years I show up every day with one mission solve homeowners problems as quickly and affordable as possible. Today I am proud to say that has become a part of our entire Strada Team's DNA.

Unlike trade schools, new hires who are enrolled in DSU are being paid from day one and experience an apprentice-style training program focused on on-the-job learning.
