5 Stars – Outstanding experience with Frankie from Starda Services I recently had Frankie from Starda Services out to work on my HVAC system, and he completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and genuine customer care. Frankie’s knowledge of HVAC systems is exceptional. He didn’t just diagnose the issue—he clearly understood the full picture of how everything was interacting and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. What stood out most was his ability to take genuinely complex technical topics and break them down into plain, easy-to-understand language without ever talking down to me. I left the conversation actually understanding my system better, which is something I rarely experience with service technicians. Beyond the technical side, his customer service was outstanding. He was professional, punctual, respectful of my home, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. He never rushed, never pushed unnecessary work, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the plan before moving forward. It’s obvious he takes real pride in doing the job right and treating customers well. If you’re looking for an HVAC technician who is highly knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and delivers excellent service, Frankie is the one to request. Smoke detectors chirping battery change did not stop chirp. Late night weekend call to Strada who sent out an electrician who had everything needed to replace old detectors and stop chirping that night! Thank you Strada!

The technician Yoandry Garcia from Strada Services, was absolutely amazing. He was professional and even helped to move things around to get into the AC room. Thank God for his knowledge, skill and ability. I was able to not go to bed in temperatures of 91 degrees inside the house. Outside was 97degrees. So many blessings Yoandry!

Yoandry Garcia went above and beyond our expectations, he was on time, polite, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained everything that he evaluated and was very professional. 5 STARS This guy needs a raise!

Martin from Strada was very courteous and kind. He made suggestions that would improve the longevity of our AC unit that other technicians did not tell us. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Before he left, he glanced at the unit making sure everything was working.
