Strada did the electrical wiring in my home and installed the HVAC system. As part of my new home, they also provide the warranty on both of those. I've had a few dealings with Strada and their service team. What impresses me is how quickly they are usually able to schedule service, as well as their persistence in solving problems.
I experienced this with an HVAC problem in November, which took multiple service calls to fix, but has worked fine since and with an electrical problem. You might think 'multiple service calls' means incompetence. It's quite the opposite. They send excellent workmen with incredible problem-solving skills who don't give up until it's right.
I also had an issue with a light switch being moved, which led to some issues with the wiring in my house due to a stripped neutral wire. Right after they left, my son experienced his lights flickering and his computer turning on and off.
Here's what impressed me about Strada: they didn't hide from the problem. When we discovered the stripped neutral wire, they acknowledged it immediately. More importantly, when the electrical issues persisted, they came back multiple times to thoroughly investigate. They brought detailed diagrams of my home's electrical system and systematically worked through the problem. That level of persistence and professionalism in diagnosing a complex issue showed they genuinely wanted to get it right, not just get out.
If you want a team who is not only competent at the regular stuff, but will stick with you as you try to troubleshoot more complex issues, Strada is your company.
