Derek and Al were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They kept investigating until they found the problem and then fixed it quickly. They cleaned up even the tiniest amount of debris. I have had Strada once before and it was also a very good experience. Recommend this company highly! They send a text with the technician’s name and photo too that is coming to do the repairs. Martin from Strada was very courteous and kind. He made suggestions that would improve the longevity of our AC unit that other technicians did not tell us. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Before he left, he glanced at the unit making sure everything was working.
Mr Kevin came out at 7 pm and didn’t want to leave us without AC, he worked till 10 40 pm! What an amazing service, professional, explained well, reliable. Highly recommended!
