Amazing and very detailed service. We got super lucky with our tech the first time and he even told us about the yearly maintenance plan. He returned to our home for the second maintenance of the year and he was so detailed and explained everything to us. We will be requesting this same tech if possible for service for the future. We had an issue with our HVAC system. Strada sent out one of their technicians named Adriel. He was very informative as to what was happening and communicated with us exactly what needed to be done. Strada supplied the new part and Adriel replaced everything efficiently and very quickly. He even cleaned up some parts of the HVAC system that were dirty or clogged and replaced the insulation foam at no charge. He gave us some great tips as far as air quality control and even gave us a link to order the perfect match air filter! Our A/C is now running better than ever!
