Adriel from Strada recently tuned up our HVAC system. To say that our system is in great hands with him is an understatement. He was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining whatever I wanted to know. He is a total professional and gentleman. Highly recommend him.
We had an issue with our HVAC system. Strada sent out one of their technicians named Adriel. He was very informative as to what was happening and communicated with us exactly what needed to be done. Strada supplied the new part and Adriel replaced everything efficiently and very quickly. He even cleaned up some parts of the HVAC system that were dirty or clogged and replaced the insulation foam at no charge. He gave us some great tips as far as air quality control and even gave us a link to order the perfect match air filter! Our A/C is now running better than ever!
