We had an issue with our HVAC system. Strada sent out one of their technicians named Adriel. He was very informative as to what was happening and communicated with us exactly what needed to be done. Strada supplied the new part and Adriel replaced everything efficiently and very quickly. He even cleaned up some parts of the HVAC system that were dirty or clogged and replaced the insulation foam at no charge. He gave us some great tips as far as air quality control and even gave us a link to order the perfect match air filter! Our A/C is now running better than ever! Amazing technician Todd Hunt. He came on a weekend and found the problem. He was very thorough and checked every part inside and outside. This is why we stick with Strada every time. Now we just wait for the part.
So I got home and noticed that my thermostat was off. Apparently I had a clogged pipe which poured water into the pan setting off the shut down of the system. Contacted Strada and they sent Adriel. Gotta tell ya, the guy was awesome. He knew exactly what the problem was and solved the issue quickly. He was professional and very knowledgeable as he answered numerous questions I had about the system. Adriel, you saved my bacon tonight, family sleeping very comfortably on a hot night. Thank you.
