Recently, I needed Strada’s services after a thunder and lightning storm rendered several of my lighting fixtures inoperable. I contacted my home warranty company, and Strada promptly scheduled a technician to come out. I was especially pleased to learn that Jerad, an electrician who had serviced my home in the past, would once again be assisting with my electrical needs. First and foremost, Jerad is one of the most courteous and friendly technicians I have experienced. Equally impressive are his knowledge and professionalism. He not only addressed the electrical wiring associated with my more sophisticated lighting system, but also invested the time to educate me about the system and teach me how I could address certain lighting needs myself in the future, potentially saving me the expense of another service call—not that he minded servicing my home, of course! And when I say Jerad taught me, I mean he literally gave me the opportunity to learn by doing. After demonstrating the proper process, Jerad allowed me to climb the ladder and personally install the replacement lighting while he carefully supervised me. He watched much like a teacher observing a student—patiently ensuring that I followed each step accurately and safely. That hands-on experience was invaluable because Jerad made certain that I actually understood the process rather than simply watching him perform it. His willingness to educate me extended even further. Knowing that I plan to replace the lighting in several rooms with ceiling fans, Jerad also took the time to teach me about ceiling-fan installation. That additional knowledge had nothing to do with simply completing the immediate service call; it gave me practical information I can use for projects I already have planned for my home and extended the value of his visit well beyond the work being performed that day. After my hands-on experience, Jerad was also gracious and comfortable with my videotaping portions of his instruction so that I would have a visual reference to revisit in the future. He further educated me on how the lightning storm was able to affect my home’s electrical system and explained measures I could take to help minimize the effects of future storms. He patiently answered all of my questions—and I do ask many! By the time he finished, I felt informed, comfortable, and confident about my lighting system. That confidence was particularly meaningful because when Jerad arrived, I was certain I wanted him to convert the existing modernized lighting system back to a traditional lightbulb system. Through his knowledge, patience, hands-on instruction, and genuine willingness to educate me, Jerad actually restored my appreciation for the sophisticated lighting system that was originally installed in my home. I am genuinely grateful that Jerad was the electrician who serviced my home again. There is something especially reassuring about encountering a professional who possesses the technical knowledge to resolve a problem while also caring enough to leave the customer more knowledgeable and confident than before he arrived. Jerad truly went above and beyond, and that level of service deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you, Jerad, for showing up and showing out with professionalism, patience, kindness, knowledge, and exceptional service. And thank you, Strada, for having professionals like Jerad representing your company. It makes a difference—and it is sincerely appreciated.

Security panel was blank. Jammie was able to get it back on line. Most of the testing we did proved it out. Other testing, such as scheduled lighting plans at night, will be checked out this evening. Jammie did a great job.

We’ve been dealing with ongoing A/C issues for over a month, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Strada and especially Adriel and Jaimme. Adriel was fantastic from the start. When our A/C went down, he got us back up and running and took the time to explain everything, offer suggestions, and give us helpful tips to keep the system operating properly. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer service were outstanding. Jaimme , our electrician, was equally impressive. He discovered issues with the electrical work from the original construction of our home and installed a brand-new dedicated line directly from the breaker to the outdoor A/C unit. Since completing the work, our system has been running great, even during the extreme summer heat here in Palm Coast. It’s difficult to find people who genuinely take pride in their work and care about getting the problem resolved correctly. Adriel and Jaime both went above and beyond for us.
