Let me start by saying that this company and its employees are the absolute worst! I know what I’m talking about and this is seriously THE most terribly managed and operated company I have ever encountered. Here are few of their all-star team of stellar performers: Mr. Kenneth McKnight, “Moe,” Edda, Allie, Helen, Roxanna, Chris, Felix Sr and Jr. (who broke my sprinkler head off and didn’t tell me [probably because it was dark outside by then…] and a few others whose names don’t come to mind. If you purchased a Lennox AC system through Costco, who used the now-defunct One-Stop company to install it–you have no warranty on the installation aspects of the system. Strada bought their market share and the remainder of their service/maint. contracts, but do not take responsibility for any faulty installation by One Stop… This fact has cost me a lot of money, time spent in a hotel, and several consecutive days without AC. But rest assured, Strada don’t give two, um… well you know… about your problem. I could go on, but here’s my advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! 🙁

Terrible service. Came out to look at our AC which isn’t working at all and were told we would hear from the manager the next day. It’s now three days later and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them All three days and keep being told that a manager will call me back and I never get a call back. Nothing has been fixed and we still have no AC. We even purchased a maintenance plan from them and they obviously don’t honor any of that. Strada don’t comment on this to call your customer service team because that gets your customers nowhere and is a waste of time.

I called Strada back in late July for closet light non working. I spoke with Nancy in Tennessee. I asked what the light would cost me being Strada did the complete electric for the Holiday Builders new house in 2023.She looked up and found the light to replace.I was told $144 and change. The appointment was set for August 6th 2-4 pm. I traveled to the empty house as I recent moved. However I called as appointment failed. I reached a Gregory and was told that whomever quit the job two days prior. I never received a call to the effect. He mentioned that I would have a price adjustment for the failed appointment.Long story short, Another appointment set today 10am -12 August 19th. Finally in last hour Chris Johnson showed up. He was polite ,efficient and done replacement 10 minutes. I asked for the bill and was told $208.55. I feel and call this robbery.I see no point in ever using this company within the community or recommend. I am again disappointed.
