I need to take a moment and give praise to Strada Services and the employees I have had contact with since Friday last week. Short version is the Maintenance Supervisor, of my complex, after having a new system installed on Thursday, that quit working not long after the techs left, he (my Maintenance Supervisor at my complex) decided to tell me he wouldn't be able to have a tech here till middle of this week and I would be without AC till then. 76, disabled and severe lung issues, I decided this was not acceptable. I went full head on proactive, did research on the service company. Today, I want to right my wrong on my first post in a different place about Strada. Once I was in touch with Roxanna, one of the Service Managers, the ball was rolling to get me some AC. Roxanna was the most compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service manager I have dealt with in many years Two service Techs, Tyler Evans and Anthony Gonzalez were absolutely wonderful. These men treated me with respect, they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tyler Evans came today at 12:51, he has diligently worked on this unit (part of the day in the rain) to make sure I have a working unit before he leaves. I will say, Tyler accomplished his goal and refused to leave before he was certain this unit was working. Strada Services, its service managers Roxanna and Josue have gone above and beyond the meaning of excellent customer service. Roxanna and Josue, the two service managers should be proud of the two techs, Tyler Evans and Anthony Gonzalez, that were in and out of my home since Friday. Many KUDOS to Strada for their excellence in Customer Service.
